DMF, filiale du Groupe FMG sales and marketing, leader en France dans le secteur du marketing opérationnel (85 M d'€ de CA), recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de recrutement et de planification pour renforcer ses équipes dans la région SUD-OUEST.

Le poste est proposé en 100 % télétravail, avec des déplacements réguliers sur votre secteur. Afin de faciliter la couverture de la région, nous recherchons idéalement une personne basée à Bordeaux, Toulouse ou à proximité.

En tant que Chargé.e de recrutement et planification, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion de nos équipes terrain et le suivi de nos actions pour des marques de renom.

Vos missions seront variées et enrichissantes :

  • Coordination des plannings : Vous êtes la personne clé pour assurer le bon déroulement des missions.
  • Recrutement et formation : Identifiez et formez les meilleurs talents pour garantir la qualité de nos prestations.
  • Contrôle qualité et inspections : Soyez le garant du respect des standards de qualité sur l’ensemble de nos activités.
  • Relation client et management : Représentez Districom auprès de nos clients et encadrez vos équipes terrain pour atteindre les objectifs.

Pourquoi vous ?

  • Vous êtes organisé(e), capable de gérer plusieurs projets en même temps, et vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel.
  • Vous avez déjà une expérience réussie dans la prestation de services, idéalement en agence ou dans la grande distribution.
  • Vous savez allier rigueur, management et dynamisme commercial pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques
  • Vous résidez idéalement à Bordeaux, Toulouse ou à proximité, afin de faciliter vos déplacements sur la région Sud-Ouest.
