DMF, filiale du Groupe FMG Sales & Marketing (70 M€ de CA), leader en France du marketing opérationnel, recrute pour accompagner le développement de l'un de ses clients — acteur incontournable du marché technologique mondial — un(e) Commercial(e) Terrain / Chef(fe) de Secteur Retail ambitieux(se) et passionné(e) sur Paris et l'Île-de-France.

Descriptif de la mission

Votre secteur, votre business

  • Maître de votre territoire, vous êtes pleinement responsable des résultats de sell-out sur votre zone et moteur des ventes de vos points de vente.
  • Aucune journée ne se ressemble.
  • Piloter et atteindre vos objectifs de vente sur votre secteur, avec une vraie culture du résultat.
  • Animer et coacher les équipes de vente en magasin pour améliorer taux de recommandation, conversion et panier moyen.
  • Suivre l'exécution et l'efficacité des opérations promotionnelles et ajuster vos actions pour optimiser les ressources.
  • Réaliser des visites terrain régulières : merchandising, prix, stocks, tenue des displays, démos et PLV conformes aux standards de la marque.
  • Former les vendeurs et promoteurs aux produits, techniques de vente et argumentaires concurrentiels.
  • Identifier les magasins à fort potentiel comme les points de vente en difficulté, et bâtir des plans d'action ciblés.
  • Développer des relations solides avec les responsables et directeurs de magasin pour renforcer la visibilité de la marque en rayon.
  • Remonter l'intelligence marché (concurrence, prix, produits phares, tactiques promo) et vos reportings de visites avec rigueur via nos outils CRM.

Le profil que nous cherchons

  • Formation Bac +2 minimum (commerce, marketing ou équivalent).
  • 2 ans d'expérience minimum en vente : électronique grand public, réseaux opérateurs télécom, retail 3C ou FMCG.
  • Expérience en animation retail, supervision terrain ou vente régionale fortement appréciée.
  • Bonne connaissance du retail français et/ou des réseaux opérateurs (boutiques opérateurs, enseignes d'électronique grand public).
  • Fort sales mindset, capacité à obtenir des résultats par le management terrain et le coaching.
  • Français courant ; l'anglais est un plus.
  • Permis B indispensable, mobilité sur l'IDF.

Notre offre

  • CDI — poste à pourvoir dès que possible.
  • Fixe : 2 500 € bruts / mois + variable mensuel : 400 € bruts + primes exceptionnelles.
