DMF, filiale du Groupe FMG Sales & Marketing, accompagne depuis plus de 20 ans les grandes marques dans le développement de leurs ventes et la valorisation de leurs offres sur le terrain.

Spécialistes de la performance commerciale, nous recrutons aujourd’hui des Conseillers Commerciaux Terrain BtoB H/F pour représenter un opérateur reconnu : ORANGE.

Votre mission

Rattaché(e) à votre manager, vous intervenez sur le terrain pour promouvoir des offres Fibre Optique et Mobile auprès d’une clientèle professionnelle (BtoB) : TPE, PME, commerçants et indépendants.

Votre rôle : créer le contact, comprendre les besoins des professionnels, proposer des solutions adaptées et convaincre vos interlocuteurs de rejoindre les offres proposées.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à : prospecter sur le terrain auprès de clients professionnels (BtoB) ; présenter les offres Fibre et Mobile de manière claire, dynamique et convaincante ; développer votre portefeuille clients grâce à une démarche commerciale proactive ; transformer les prospects en clients en valorisant les bénéfices business des offres ; fidéliser les clients grâce à une posture professionnelle et orientée partenariat ; suivre vos résultats et relever des challenges commerciaux réguliers.

Le profil recherché

Vous aimez le contact, le terrain et le challenge commercial.

Au-delà de l’expérience, nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité : dynamique, persévérante, curieuse et à l’aise dans l’échange professionnel.

Vous avez notamment :

une vraie fibre commerciale ; un excellent relationnel et le goût de la conquête BtoB ; de l’énergie, du charisme et une forte capacité de persuasion ; le sens de l’écoute pour comprendre les enjeux des professionnels ; de l’autonomie, de la rigueur et le respect des méthodes commerciales ; l’envie de progresser, d’apprendre et de dépasser vos objectifs.

Une première expérience commerciale est appréciée, mais non indispensable.

Débutant(e) motivé(e) accepté(e) : formation et accompagnement assurés.

Permis B exigé.
