Nous recherchons un Responsable d’Équipe Commerciale pour accompagner le développement d’une activité terrain dans le secteur de l'Energie (Electricité et Gaz).

Votre rôle: Vous êtes en charge de structurer, accompagner et faire évoluer une équipe commerciale terrain : • Développer l’activité commerciale sur votre zone • Participer au recrutement et à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs • Accompagner les équipes dans leur montée en compétences • Organiser le suivi individuel et collectif des résultats • Être présent sur le terrain pour comprendre, ajuster et soutenir l’action commerciale • Maintenir un niveau d’engagement et de qualité dans les ventes

Votre rôle combine pilotage, accompagnement et présence terrain.

Profil recherché • Expérience en vente BtoC en Energie OBLIGATOIRE et encadrement d’équipe commerciale • Capacité à fédérer et accompagner une équipe • Sens de l’organisation et autonomie sur le terrain • Esprit de développement et goût du contact client • Volonté de progresser dans un rôle de management
