A DMS Logistics é uma multinacional brasileira de agenciamento de carga, com mais de 40 anos de atuação no comércio exterior e especializada em freight forwarder. Aqui você trabalhará na área de Excelência Operacional, responsável por garantir a qualidade da operação sob a ótica do cliente, sendo a voz do cliente dentro da DMS e assegurando que suas necessidades e dores operacionais alimentem a evolução dos processos.Missão Ser a referência de excelência na relação com o cliente DMS — entregando uma gestão especializada, padronizada e orientada ao negócio do cliente, que diferencie dos concorrentes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Fortalecer o relacionamento contínuo com os clientes, posicionando a DMS como parceira estratégica.Demonstrar conhecimento profundo do negócio do cliente (rotas, cargas, processos e sazonalidades) para antecipar necessidades e oferecer soluções personalizadas.Garantir uma gestão especializada que diferencie a DMS no mercado pela qualidade, consistência e profundidade no atendimento.Gerenciar a experiência do cliente e os indicadores das operações (satisfação, qualidade e rentabilidade), identificando desvios preventivamente.Acompanhar continuamente as operações e realizar visitas técnicas aos clientes, inclusive em conjunto com a indústria.Conduzir reuniões periódicas de performance e analisar a satisfação do cliente.Atuar como elo entre as necessidades operacionais do cliente e as oportunidades comerciais da DMS.Manter interface constante com o time comercial de cada indústria, compartilhando momentos, necessidades e dores operacionais dos clientes.Alinhar com as equipes internas informações, prazos, estratégias e propostas comerciais (cotações, BIDs e projetos).Coletar feedbacks estruturados e direcioná-los à equipe de Qualidade para análise de causa raiz.Acompanhar a resolução de reclamações e implementar com o cliente as melhorias contínuas desenvolvidas pelos times de Processos e Qualidade.Atuar como facilitador na adoção e divulgação das ferramentas de tecnologia disponíveis para o cliente.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo;Inglês intermediário a avançado - será testado;Experiência com empresas prestadora de serviço do segmento de logística;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;Desejável experiência anterior em agenciamento de cargas;Conhecimento de particularidades em uma das industrias das seguintes: healthcare, Energy, Aerospace, Automotive ou Hightech.
