A DMS Logistics é uma multinacional brasileira de agenciamento de carga, com mais de 40 anos de atuação no comércio exterior e especializada em freight forwarder. Aqui você fará parte do pilar de Customer Success, dentro da área de Excelência Operacional, liderando o time de Key Account Executives responsável pelas principais contas da DMS em todas as indústrias que atendemos: Healthcare, Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Hightech e Verticals. Como Key Account Executive Team Leader, você será o dono da carteira e do time. Seu papel é garantir que os clientes estratégicos recebam um atendimento de alto nível, com retenção, satisfação e c8+rescimento sustentável. Você também vai desenvolver os Executivos e padronizar o modelo de gestão de contas, além de atuar diretamente nas negociações e escaladas mais críticas junto a diretorias e C-Level.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEfetuar a manutenção do relacionamento e fidelização de clientes;Fortalecer o envolvimento com o setor de operações, para a criação de soluções inovadoras aos clientes;Direcionar com equipe interna as informações, prazos, estratégias e propostas comerciais (cotações, BIDS, projetos, etc);Gerenciar todos os aspectos das operações do cliente na empresa: índices de satisfação, qualidade e rentabilidade;Atuar como facilitador na divulgação das ferramentas de tecnologia disponíveis para o cliente;Conduzir rotinas de liderança como reuniões de resultados, follow ups de equipe, avaliação de desempenho feedbacks, reuniões de 1:1, gestão de metas do time etc.Requisitos e qualificações • Superior completo em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;

• Desejável: pós-graduação/MBA em Gestão, Supply Chain ou Customer Success;

• Inglês intermediário a avançado (Será testado);

• Sólida vivência em agenciamento de cargas, supply chain ou comex;

• Desejável histórico em negociações e renovações de contratos de alto valor;

• Relacionamento com nível diretoria/C-Level; • Condução/Gestão de projetos será um diferencial;

• Conhecimento de Operações logísticas (aéreo, marítimo, rodoviário, desembaraço) e dinâmica de SOPs/SLAs.

• Conhecimento de Gestão de carteira: account plans, forecast, retenção e expansão;

• Conhecimento de análise de dados e relatórios gerenciais (Power BI, Excel/Sheets avançado);

• Conhecimento de CRM e ferramentas de gestão de clientes;
