  • Ensure merchants understand DNA Payments products, services, and processes.
  • Act as the commercial lead throughout implementation and go live.

Relationship Management & Growth

  • Identify opportunities for increased processing volumes, product adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business performance discussions.
  • Support merchants during business expansion, platform migrations, or operational changes.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Underwriting, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional merchant experiences.
  • Champion continuous improvements that support merchant growth and improve onboarding efficiency.
  • Ensure merchants are informed of new products, services, and platform enhancements.

Market Intelligence

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the corporate payments sector.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging market trends.
  • Provide market feedback to support product development and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
