Essa posição tem como principal missão apoiar a padronização, análise e suporte as atividades de solo realizadas nas bases, contribuindo para a eficiência, segurança e conformidade regulatória do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar e monitorar os principais indicadores operacionais de ground handling (pontualidade, produtividade, atendimento a SLA, ocorrências, entre outros);Auxiliar no desenvolvimento e revisão de procedimentos operacionais e documentos técnicos (SOPs, manuais, checklists);Participar da estruturação e acompanhamento de projetos de melhoria contínua e eficiência operacional;Apoiar o processo de implantação de novas bases, contratos ou serviços, atuando no planejamento e no suporte técnico-operacional;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão da liderança;Atuar como suporte técnico às bases em temas relacionados a processos, sistema de gestão operacional e boas práticas;Acompanhar o desempenho das unidades, contribuindo com a gestão de SLA e compliance;Contribuir para o alinhamento entre as áreas operacionais, segurança (QSMS), planejamento, comercial e outras áreas da empresa;Realizar estudos comparativos entre bases e identificar oportunidades de otimização de recursos, processos e desempenho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo (preferencialmente em Logística, Engenharia, Administração, Aviação Civil ou áreas correlatas);Inglês intermediário (leitura de documentos e comunicação técnica);Conhecimento prévio em operações aeroportuárias ou atividades de ground handling;Boa capacidade analítica e domínio de Excel (intermediário a avançado);Habilidade para elaboração de apresentações e relatórios executivos;Familiaridade com indicadores de desempenho e ferramentas de gestão operacional;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Disponibilidade para viagens pontuais.Será um diferencial se você possuir:Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);Conhecimento de regulamentos da aviação (ANAC, IATA, ICAO);Experiência com projetos ou metodologias Lean / Kaizen / 6 Sigma.Nos aspectos físicos exigem-se coordenação motora ampla e fina, destreza, articulação dos membros superiores e dos inferiores, postura variável para desenvolvimento de suas atividades, rotação e flexão do tronco, locomoção e deambulação e esporádico esforço físico para gerenciamento e entrega de materiais, por meio de veículo da empresa.Nos aspectos sensoriais exigem-se acuidade visual para conferência de materiais, documentos físicos e preenchimento de dados no sistema interno integrado da empresa, e percepção auditiva para atendimento telefônico, aos fornecedores e colaboradores.Nos aspectos neuropsíquicos exigem-se atenção, concentração, habilidade organizacional, criatividade, interpretação de dados e iniciativa para solução de situações causais.Informações adicionaisVaga aberta para candidatos internos e externos.Local de Trabalho: Itaim Bibi - São Paulo
