DO & CO es una empresa de restauración gourmet y nuestra principal actividad en España es el catering aéreo. Empezamos hace más de cuarenta años con un restaurante familiar y, aunque a día de hoy somos una gran compañía, seguimos manteniendo la tradición y los valores familiares. Descripción del empleo

Algo que nos distingue del resto de caterings es nuestra atención cara al público y nuestra comida gourmet. Los clientes puntúan nuestro servicio a través de los QRs situados por toda la sala, por ello es importante que busquemos crear experiencias de calidad para todas aquellas personas que nos visitan. Todos lo que trabajamos en las Salas VIP, tenemos un papel fundamental en la satisfacción de nuestros clientes

Como ayudante/a de cocina, tus funciones y responsabilidades serán:

  • Recepcionar alimentos preparados de cámaras frigoríficas o almacén.
  • Limpiar y cortar alimentos, mediante el uso de cuchillos y útiles cortantes.
  • Apoyar la preparación los alimentos y/o elaboración de la receta, bajo supervisión, siguiendo las especificaciones indicadas.
  • Emplatar tanto los platos fríos como calientes.
  • Gestionar el orden, limpieza y adecuado guardado y custodia de cuchillos en área de cocina.
  • Cumplir con los estándares de higiene y calidad de los alimentos.

Requisitos

Requerimientos:

  • Idioma: castellano
  • Experiencia manejo de cuchillos/ herramientas manuales
  • Experiencia en el manejo de máquinas de cocina
  • Experiencia de al menos 1 año habiendo desempeñado funciones similares.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajara turnos rotativos (06.00h - 01.00h)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a domingo
  • Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata
