Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/una Ayudante de cocina para nuestra área de pastelería en nuestra planta de producción ubicada en el área del aeropuerto de Madrid.

Descripción del empleo

Como Ayudante de pastelería, tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Realizar el emplatado de los postres preparados, así como su decoración. Tapar y señalizar la fecha de caducidad.
  • Controlar la temperatura del emplatado y llevar a cabo los registros pertinentes (manual y/o digitalmente) para facilitarlo al Departamento de Calidad.
  • Realizar tareas sencillas dentro de Pastelería, como el horneado de la bollería, preparación de mousses. Llevar a cabo la distribución y el emplatado del producto terminado.
  • Realizar el corte de frutas o postres, de manera autónoma y siguiendo las especificaciones indicadas por el cliente. Colocar la fruta preparada en bandejas.
  • Realizar el mangueado de los yogures /mousses atendiendo a las especificaciones de gramaje y llevar a cabo la decoración de los mismos.
  • Apoyar a otras producciones de pastelería, si la situación lo requiere (como sacar bolas de helado, pintar mousses y bolear masas).
  • Mantener el orden de neveras, planta y congeladores tanto de materia prima como de producto terminado, bajo supervisión, con el fin de asegurar una correcta rotación del FIFO (primeras entradas - primeras salidas).

Requisitos

  • Valorable experiencia de al menos 1 año en pastelería, el sector de catering o en líneas de producción
  • Valorable poseer carnet de manipulador de alimentos
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche de lunes a domingo
  • Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata
  • Acostumbrado a trabajar en un entornos dinámicos y cambiantes
