IHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DO & CO

Mit der Neueröffnung unseres DO & CO Restaurants, des Restaurant ONYX sowie unseres

DO & CO Flagship Boutique Hotels im ersten Wiener Bezirk am Stephansplatz haben Sie die Chance, eine Schlüsselrolle als Barmanager (m/w/d) unserer Bars im gesamten Haus zu übernehmen.

IHRE HAUPTAUFGABEN

  • Verantwortung für das operative Tagesgeschäft sowie einen reibungslosen Ablauf im gesamten Barbereich
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Barteams durch Vorbildwirkung und gelebte Barkultur
  • Sicherstellung eines außergewöhnlichen Gästeerlebnisses sowie höchster Qualitäts- und Servicestandards
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und laufende Weiterentwicklung unserer Barkarte und Getränkekonzepte
  • Einbringen neuer Ideen, Trends und kreativer Impulse für ein modernes und innovatives Barerlebnis
  • Professionelle Beratung unserer Gäste zu Cocktails, Spirituosen und weiteren Getränkespezialitäten
  • Verantwortung für Warenbestellungen, Lagerbestände, Inventuren und Kostenkontrolle
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service, Küche und Management zur Schaffung außergewöhnlicher Hospitality-Erlebnisse

Qualifikationen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Barbereich, idealerweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie, Luxushotellerie oder Premium Hospitality
  • Internationale Erfahrung in renommierten Bars, Restaurants oder Hospitality-Konzepten von Vorteil
  • Leidenschaft für moderne Barkultur, hochwertige Produkte und innovative Getränkekonzepte
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Premium Hospitality und die Erwartungen eines internationalen Gästekreises
  • Kreativität sowie Freude daran, neue Konzepte, Trends und Signature Drinks mitzugestalten
  • Erfahrung in der Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung leistungsstarker Teams
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Wareneinsatz und betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen
  • Stilvolles, professionelles und souveränes Auftreten
  • Liebe zum Detail sowie ein kompromissloser Anspruch an Qualität und Service
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

UNSER ATTRAKTIVES ANGEBOT

  • Ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 4.500 sowie ein überdurchschnittlich hohes Trinkgeld. Die Einstufung erfolgt je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gemäß des Kollektivvertrags für Arbeiter:innen im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe (Lohngruppe 2 Mindestgehalt EUR 2.232,-; Stand 1.10.2026)
