IHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DO & CO

Mit der Neueröffnung unseres DO & CO Flagship Boutique Hotels im ersten Wiener Bezirk am Stephansplatz haben Sie die Chance, die unverzichtbare Rolle des Door Attendants (m/w/d) unseres Hauses zu übernehmen. Als erste Ansprechperson am Hoteleingang schaffen Sie unvergessliche erste Eindrücke und repräsentieren die Gastfreundschaft sowie den Qualitätsanspruch von DO & CO auf höchstem Niveau.

IHRE HAUPTAUFGABEN

  • Herzliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
  • Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Ankunfts- und Abreiseerlebnisses
  • Unterstützung unserer Gäste beim Ein- und Aussteigen sowie beim Be- und Entladen von Fahrzeugen
  • Organisation und Koordination von Taxis, Limousinenservices und Transfers
  • Gewährleistung eines professionellen und repräsentativen Auftritts im Eingangsbereich des Hotels
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Front Office, Bell Service zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Gästeservice
  • Gelegentliches Parken der PKW’s unserer Hotelgäste

Qualifikationen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen
  • Souveränes, freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Hervorragende Umgangsformen sowie ein gepflegtes und repräsentatives Erscheinungsbild
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Aufmerksamkeit für Details und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität, Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Führerschein B

UNSER ATTRAKTIVES ANGEBOT

  • Ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttomonatsgehalt von EUR 2.800 sowie Trinkgeld. Die Einstufung erfolgt je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gemäß des Kollektivvertrags für Arbeiter:innen im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe (Lohngruppe 5 Mindestgehalt EUR 2.096,50,-; Stand 1.10.2026)
