IHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DO & CO

Mit der Neueröffnung unseres DO & CO Restaurants, des Restaurant ONYX sowie unseres

DO & CO Flagship Boutique Hotels im ersten Wiener Bezirk am Stephansplatz haben Sie die Möglichkeit, als Hostess / Host (m/w/d) die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste zu sein und bereits bei der Ankunft für ein außergewöhnliches Gasterlebnis zu sorgen.

IHRE HAUPTAUFGABEN

  • Empfang und Begrüßung: Herzliches Empfangen der Gäste beim Betreten des Restaurants, Verwaltung der Garderobe, Verabschiedung der Gäste beim Verlassen.
  • Koordination der Reservierungen: Annahme, Verwaltung und Überwachung von Tischreservierungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
  • Kommunikation mit dem Servicepersonal: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Servicepersonal, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste zügig und effizient bedient werden.
  • Besondere Anfragen behandeln: Umgang mit speziellen Anfragen und Anforderungen der Gäste, um einen erstklassigen Service zu bieten.
  • Beschwerdemanagement: Professioneller Umgang mit Beschwerden und sicherstellen, dass alle Anliegen der Gäste ernst genommen und gelöst werden.
  • Einhaltung von Standards: Sicherstellen, dass alle Abläufe den hohen Qualitätsstandards des Restaurants entsprechen.

Qualifikationen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

  • Erste Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position im Premium-Hospitality-Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Gästen sowie bei der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem hektischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Aufmerksamkeit für Details und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität hinsichtlich Arbeitszeiten, einschließlich Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Hervorragende Umgangsformen sowie ein gepflegtes und repräsentatives Erscheinungsbild
  • Teamorientierte und verlässliche Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von EUR 2.100 brutto und Trinkgeld mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und individueller Vereinbarung. Die Einstufung erfolgt je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gemäß des Kollektivvertrags für Arbeiter:innen im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe (Lohngruppe 5 Mindestgehalt EUR 2.096,50,-; Stand 1.10.2026)
