DO & CO es una empresa internacional de catering de lujo, reconocida por su excelencia gastronómica. Somos proveedores de catering aéreo prémium para las aerolíneas más prestigiosas del mundo y para lounges de alta gama.

Actualmente, estamos buscando Jefes/as de Partida apasionados por la gastronomía para incorporarse a un proyecto sólido y de largo recorrido en nuestra unidad de producción, situada en el área del aeropuerto.

Descripción del empleo

  • Gestión del equipo: Distribuir tareas, organizar al personal y supervisar su desempeño durante el turno.
  • Planificación y control de la producción: Distribuir las planillas de producción, supervisar su cumplimiento y garantizar los objetivos establecidos.
  • Control de materias primas: Verificar la disponibilidad de ingredientes, las especificaciones de las recetas y la correcta rotación de productos (FIFO).
  • Supervisión de procesos y calidad: Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de producción, higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC).
  • Control y registro: Gestionar los registros de producción, temperaturas, mermas e incidencias.
  • Gestión del turno: Coordinar los recursos y equipos de trabajo, resolver incidencias y asegurar una correcta comunicación entre turnos.
  • Formación del personal: Apoyar la incorporación y capacitación de nuevos trabajadores, promoviendo el trabajo en equipo.

Requisitos

  • Formación en Cocina, Restauración u Hostelería.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en cocina, preferiblemente en plantas de producción alimentaria o cocinas de gran volumen.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos y organización de la producción.
  • Conocimientos de seguridad alimentaria y sistema APPCC.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de mañana, tarde o noche.
