Mit zuvorkommendem Service und vorzüglicher Küche betreut DO & CO an Spieltagen die VIP & Public Bereiche sowie das Mitarbeiterrestaurant in der Allianz Arena und die gastronomischen Angebote im Paulaner Fantreff Nord & Café Gisela.

Möchten Sie mit dafür verantwortlich sein, dass bei unseren Spieltagen ca. 68.000 Public Gäste sowie 7.000 V.I.P. Gäste kulinarisch verwöhnt werden? - Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig!

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Logistiker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unseren Standort in der Allianz Arena.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Warenannahme nach HACCP für Frischware der Hauptküche und Kioske
  • Bereitstellung von Equipment und Technik
  • Kontrolle, sachgerechte Lagerung und Verteilung der Waren
  • Unterstützung und Durchführung von Inventuren
  • Verwaltung und Kommissionierung von Waren- und Betriebsmittelbestellungen
  • Nachtschicht an Spieltagen in der Allianz Arena (maximal 5 x im Monat)
  • Führung und Koordination von Mitarbeitern während der Nachtschicht
  • Auf- und Abbau von Veranstaltungsequipment inklusive dazugehöriger Koordination
  • Als Teil des Logistikteams wirken sie direkt bei Großveranstaltungen wie Konzerten, der NFL und Heimspielen des FC Bayern München mit

Qualifikationen

  • Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung in der Veranstaltungslogistik oder im operativen Bereich der Logistik sammeln, z.B. als Disponent, Speditionskaufmann, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Logistikplaner oder Supply Chain Manager
  • Als Organisationstalent können Sie gut improvisieren und scheuen auch die regelmäßige Arbeit am Abend oder Wochenende nicht
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sie haben gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Idealerweise haben Sie einen Staplerschein
