Stellenbeschreibung

Für unseren Betrieb in Essen suchen wir ab sofort, einen Sous Chef:

  • Sie sind mitverantwortlich für die Leitung und Koordination des Küchenteams
  • Sie organisieren, führen und kontrollieren die tägliche Speisenproduktion
  • Dabei achten Sie auf die Einhaltung der Hygienevorgaben nach HACCP
  • Unsere Gäste beraten Sie kompetent hinsichtlich des Speisenangebotes und gewährleisten höchste Qualität
  • Zubereitung und Ausgabe von Speisen in der Betriebsverpflegung, bei Events und Konferenzen
  • Warenannahme, Qualitätsprüfung und Dokumentation

Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Koch (m/w/d) und konnten bereits Berufserfahrung als Koch, Chef de Partie und/oder Sous Chef sammeln
  • Führungskompetenzen und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie bringen zudem Kenntnisse in HACCP, Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit mit
  • Ihr Herz schlägt für die Gastro und Sie möchten Ihren Weg in dieser Branche in einem sicheren Unternehmen fortführen
