Werden Sie Teil des neuen Restaurant Olympiasee im Olympiapark München – einem modernen gastronomischen Treffpunkt direkt am Wasser. Unsere Gäste erwartet ein vielfältiges Speisenangebot mit verschiedenen Kochstationen, frisch zubereitete Kaffeespezialitäten von unserem Barista sowie kreative Cocktails für den perfekten After-Work-Moment – alles in einem offenen, einladenden Ambiente mit Blick über den Olympiasee.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte stellvertretende Restaurantleitung (m/w/d), die gemeinsam mit uns den Restaurantbetrieb gestaltet und unseren Gästen ein besonderes Erlebnis bietet.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung der Restaurantleitung bei der operativen und organisatorischen Führung sowie Vertretung bei Abwesenheit
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Dienstpläne sowie Koordination und Führung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe im Self-Service-Bereich und an den Gastronomie- und Getränkestationen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung des Teams bei Bedarf
  • Sicherstellung der Servicequalität sowie Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender und Förderung der Teamkommunikation
  • Ansprechpartner für Gäste bei Fragen, Wünschen und Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung bei Tagesabrechnungen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Überwachung der Warenverfügbarkeit, Durchführung von Inventuren und Sicherstellung der Ordnung in den Gästebereichen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Position in Gastronomie oder Hotellerie, z.B. als Stellvertretende Restaurantleitung, Deputy Restaurant Manager, Teamleiter Gastronomie, Schichtleiter Restaurant, Assistant F&B Manager
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude an Gastfreundschaft
  • Erfahrung in Teamführung, Motivation und Organisation
  • Umfassendes Wissen über Abläufe in Küche, Service, Bar und Back of House
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen, Budgetplanung, Controlling und MS Office/Kassensystemen
  • Organisationstalent, Entscheidungsfreude und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse in HACCP, Hygienestandards, Arbeitssicherheit; Flexibilität bei Arbeitszeiten und gute Sprachkenntnisse
