Descripción del empleo

Actualmente buscamos dentro de nuestra división de aeropuerto, un perfil de supervisor / 2º maitre para gestionar el equipo en una de nuestras salas VIP, un espacio exclusivo donde la gastronomía de referencia a nivel mundial y el servicio al cliente de primer nivel, marcan el estándar.

Tus funciones serían:

  • Supervisar las tareas de los operarios de servicio y limpieza de las Salas VIP de Iberia.
  • Atender al cliente ante incidencias o gestión de necesidades.
  • Verificar protocolos internos y externos.
  • Realizar una correcta gestión de la operativa diaria, llevando a cabo un inventario de materiales para salas VIP. Tomar decisiones y resolver conflictos en la operativa del servicio.
  • Formar en materia de servicio a los nuevos empleados de la compañía.
  • Elaborar los cuadrantes del personal.
  • Realizar pruebas de producto en sala, para asegurar el cumplimiento de lo acordado con el cliente, reportando incidencias al Customer & Lounges Sr Manager.
  • Gestionar, liderar, evaluar y motivar el equipo de servicio y limpieza de las Salas VIP de Iberia.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en un puesto similar dentro del sector Catering Aéreo, Eventos y Hostelería, realizando funciones de servicio al cliente con conocimientos de protocolo y organización de eventos.
  • Formación y conocimientos en Hostelería y/o organización de eventos.
  • Persona dinámica y organizada con capacidad de gestión y negociación.
  • Orientación al cliente.
  • Nivel de inglés alto (C1).
  • Dominio Microsoft Office y Sistemas de gestión empresarial.
