The posting

Welder / Structural Fitter

You are a key link in our production process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the quality of our machines, which customers all over the world use to produce their plants.

You'll be joining a diverse team of young and experienced enthusiasts. Within your team, everyone rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in, but there's also time for a laugh. You'll be responsible for all welding joints in small, large and complex steel structures.

You process (stainless) steel in small batches;

You manufacture (parts of) metal structures;

You carry out support work for other departments.

Who are you?

You are committed to quality and believe it is important that everything is technically sound. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team. You are a hands-on person with an affinity for mechanical engineering. In addition, you have:

Completed a technical VMBO/MBO qualification and/or have relevant work experience;

Experience with MIG and TIG welding;

Experience working from technical drawings;

The ability to plan and organise independently.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

Je komt terecht in een gevarieerd team met jonge en ervaren enthousiastelingen. Binnen jouw team worden de handjes uit de mouwen gestoken, maar wordt er op zijn tijd ook een grapje gemaakt. Jij draagt zorg voor alle voorkomende lasverbindingen van kleine, grote en complexe staalconstructies.

  • Je last (roestvrij) staal in kleine series;
  • Je vervaardigt (delen van) metaalconstructies;
  • Je voert ondersteunende werkzaamheden uit voor andere afdelingen.

Wie ben jij?

Jij gaat voor kwaliteit en vindt het belangrijk dat alles technisch gezien goed in elkaar zit. Je kunt zowel zelfstandig werken als in teamverband. Je weet van aanpakken en hebt affiniteit met machinebouw. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Een technische vmbo/mbo-opleiding afgerond en/of eventuele werkervaring;
  • Ervaring met MIG en TIG lassen;
  • Ervaring met werken vanaf een technische tekening;
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te plannen en te organiseren.
