Vill du kombinera ledarskap, projektledning och affärer? Vi söker just nuen driven och strukturerad arbetsledare till ett mycket spännande uppdrag hos en av våra kunder. Du får en central roll där du leder personal, driver projekt från offert till färdigt resultat och bidrar till nöjda kunder och lönsamma affärer. Dina arbetsuppgifter Leda och fördela arbetet samt ansvara för personalplanering. Besöka kunder, kalkylera arbeten och ta fram offerter. Planera och följa upp projekt avseende tid, kostnad och kvalitet. Hantera kundkontakter, nya förfrågningar och merförsäljning. Samordna material, leveranser och eventuella underentreprenörer. Följa upp projektekonomi, fakturaunderlag och lönsamhet. Säkerställa goda rutiner för kvalitet och arbetsmiljö.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är ansvarstagande, affärsmässig och trygg i att leda andra. Du är bra på att organisera arbetet, hantera flera projekt samtidigt och skapa goda relationer med både kunder och medarbetare. Vi ser gärna att du har: Erfarenhet från måleri, bygg eller närliggande entreprenadverksamhet. Erfarenhet av arbetsledning, projektledning eller personalansvar. Förmåga att kalkylera arbeten och ta fram offerter. God kommunikationsförmåga och förståelse för projektbudgetar. B-körkort.
