Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Contábil / Controladoria Jr., que responderá diretamente ao(à) Controller. Como integrante da equipe de Finanças da DOGA do Brasil, será responsável por apoiar as atividades de controladoria da empresa, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações financeiras, apoiando os fechamentos contábeis mensais, os processos de orçamento e forecast, as análises financeiras, os controles internos e as iniciativas de melhoria contínua dos processos.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Apoiar as rotinas de Contabilidade e Controladoria, garantindo a qualidade e confiabilidade das informações financeiras;
  • Emitir Notas Fiscais de vendas, devoluções e demais documentos fiscais, assegurando a correta tributação e conformidade com a legislação vigente;
  • Realizar análises de lançamentos contábeis, classificações, centros de custo, ordens internas, projetos e rateios, garantindo a correta alocação das despesas;
  • Executar conciliações contábeis e bancárias, identificando e propondo soluções para divergências;
  • Acompanhar e apoiar o fechamento contábil e financeiro mensal, incluindo análises de contas patrimoniais e de resultado;
  • Conciliar e analisar contas a pagar e contas a receber para suporte ao fechamento mensal;
  • Dar suporte na elaboração das demonstrações financeiras, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho;
  • Auxiliar na preparação de informações para auditorias internas e externas, atendendo às solicitações dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Apoiar processos de orçamento, forecast e análises de variações quando necessário;
  • Participar da melhoria contínua dos processos, propondo automatizações, padronizações e melhorias sistêmicas;
  • Apoiar testes e validações de processos no ERP e demais sistemas corporativos;
  • Zelar pelo cumprimento das políticas internas, controles internos e procedimentos da empresa.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando Ciências Contábeis.
  • Experiência nas áreas de Contabilidade, Controladoria ou Auditoria.
  • Conhecimento em conciliações contábeis e bancárias.
  • Conhecimento básico de legislação contábil e fiscal.
  • Conhecimento em Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams e SharePoint)-
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e com atenção aos detalhes.
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe

DIFERENCIAIS

  • Experiência com SAP Business One (SAP B1);
  • Conhecimento em Power BI;
  • Conhecimento em Power Query ou automação em Excel;
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado;
  • Espanhol intermediário ou avançado;
  • Experiência em empresas multinacionais ou indústria.
