Il candidato ideale possiede solide capacità di leadership e organizzative, una buona conoscenza tecnica dei processi di soffiaggio e la capacità di coordinare operatori e risorse produttive all’interno di un ambiente industriale dinamico.

La persona selezionata entrerà a far parte del Team di Produzione e contribuirà a mantenere elevati standard operativi, promuovendo il miglioramento continuo e garantendo il rispetto degli standard aziendali.

RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI

  • Coordinare e supervisionare il personale del turno, garantendo il rispetto dei piani di produzione, degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure di sicurezza.
  • Organizzare e monitorare le attività produttive per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produzione, dei livelli di efficienza e delle tempistiche di consegna.
  • Garantire il corretto attrezzaggio, avviamento e funzionamento delle macchine per il soffiaggio e delle relative attrezzature.
  • Verificare la conformità dei prodotti e supportare l’implementazione di azioni correttive in caso di deviazioni qualitative o non conformità.
  • Monitorare i KPI di produzione, i livelli di scarto, i tempi di fermo e le prestazioni del processo, promuovendo iniziative di miglioramento continuo.
  • Supportare gli operatori attraverso affiancamento, formazione e assistenza tecnica, con l’obiettivo di svilupparne le competenze e migliorarne le prestazioni.
  • Coordinare le attività di primo intervento in caso di anomalie e collaborare con i reparti di Manutenzione e Qualità per la risoluzione delle problematiche produttive.
  • Garantire la corretta reportistica di produzione, un efficace passaggio di consegne tra i turni e l’accuratezza dei dati produttivi.
  • Autorizzare l’avvio della produzione nel rispetto dei requisiti di processo, qualità e sicurezza e, quando necessario, interrompere la produzione per evitare la realizzazione di prodotti non conformi.

PROFILO RICHIESTO

  • Titolo di studio: diploma tecnico o qualifica equivalente.
  • Esperienza: 3-5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo nel settore della produzione di materie plastiche.
  • Lingue: conoscenza base della lingua inglese.
  • Competenze informatiche: conoscenza base delle applicazioni Microsoft Office.
  • Competenze tecniche: buona conoscenza dei processi di soffiaggio e delle relative attrezzature produttive; capacità di leggere e comprendere documentazione tecnica e procedure di produzione.
  • Competenze personali: capacità di leadership e gestione del team, problem solving e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.
