En Doite, líderes en equipamiento y vestuario outdoor, buscamos Visual Merchandising que lidere la estrategia de exhibición en nuestras tiendas a nivel nacional. El objetivo del cargo es potenciar la experiencia de compra de nuestros clientes, reforzando la identidad de marca y maximizando el impacto comercial de nuestras exhibiciones.

Principales funciones:

  • Encargado de la implementación en terreno y armado de puntos de ventas a nivel de Visual Merchandising, según las estrategias comerciales de la compañía .
  • Supervisar la implementación de planogramas, vitrinismo y exhibiciones alineadas con campañas comerciales.
  • Realizar envío y seguimiento de instructivos de armados y etiquetas. Capacitar al personal de locales y zonales en temas vinculados al Visual, generar reportes, informes de visitas a locales y envío de fotografías.
  • Liderar y capacitar y apoyar a los equipos de tienda en la ejecución de lineamientos.
  • Optimizar espacios de exhibición para potenciar ventas y rentabilidad.
  • Planificar y realizar rutas presenciales y virtuales para controlar en cada local, el cumplimiento de lineamientos del área Comercial y VM
  • Coordinar con Marketing, Comercial y Logística para asegurar coherencia en campañas y disponibilidad de productos.
  • Abastecer a tiendas material POP, precios, graficas e implementos para dar soporte a campañas, eventos y temporadas definida por la Cia
  • Incorporar tendencias e innovación en la experiencia visual de la tienda

Requisitos

  • Título en Diseño, Marketing, Administración o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Visual Merchandising, idealmente en retail.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos y proyectos a nivel nacional.
  • Conocimiento en diseño de planogramas, vitrinismo y gestión de espacios comerciales.
  • Deseable experiencia en retail outdoor, moda o deportes.
  • Manejo de indicadores de gestión comercial vinculados a VM.
