Aufgaben

  • Strategische Verantwortung, du führst das People & Talent Team und alle Initiativen
  • Du sicherst das personelle operative Tagesgeschäft für DOJO und alle Kosmos-Unternehmen
  • Sparring auf Augenhöhe - du berätst CEO und Management zu allen People-Themen und verknüpfst People-Strategie direkt mit Unternehmenszielen
  • Du berichtest nicht, du bringt Gestaltungsanspruch mit
  • Du entwickelst Recruiting Strategien, die nicht nach Massenware klingen
  • Du baust Beziehungen auf, bevor Stellen entstehen und weißt wo sich die richtigen Menschen aufhalten
  • Du gestaltest eine Unternehmenskultur, die mutig, transparent und menschlich ist, kein Motivationsplakat.
  • Du baust Entwicklungsformate aus, die Menschen tatsächlich weiterbringen und erfindest neue, wenn es die passenden noch nicht gibt
  • Umstrukturierung, M&As, Neugründungen. Du machst Organisationsveränderungen nicht chaotischer, sondern klarer.

Qualifikation

  • mindestens 7 Jahre im People-Bereich. Strategisch und operativ. Nicht eines von beiden
  • Agentur- oder Start-Up-Erfahrung. Selbstständigkeit. Du kennst das Gefühl, wenn alles gleichzeitig wichtig ist.
  • Solides Arbeitsrechtswissen - von Vorteil. Du kennst die Grenzen, hast ein Ohr in der Gesetzgebung (wahlweise Personio Newsletter) und weißt, wann man einen Anwalt einschaltet.
  • Coaching Background. Kein Pflichtfeld und doch ein echtes Plus. Vorallem, wenn du ihn nicht ständig erwähnst.
  • Deutsch und Englisch. Fließend. Klar.
  • Budgetgespür. Du weißt, was Entscheidungen kosten und triffst sie trotzdem.
  • Kommunikation die ankommt. Empathie, die keine Konflikte scheut.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken. Du bist zuständig.
  • Du wohnst in Berlin
