Bouw mee aan een nieuwe, moderne huisartsenpraktijk

Voor onze gloednieuwe huisartsenpraktijk zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste, gemotiveerde en betrokken medisch onthaalmedewerker die mee wil bouwen aan een warme, professionele en patiëntgerichte werking.

Huisartsenpraktijk Het Sterrebos is een fusie van 2 bestaande huisartsenpraktijken die zich zal vestigen in een gloednieuw, modern praktijkgebouw in Rumbeke. Ons team bestaat uit 3 ervaren artsen en 1 HAIO. Samen zetten wij ons dagelijks in voor kwaliteitsvolle en patiëntgerichte zorg. Voor de uitbouw en opstart van ons secretariaat zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en patiëntvriendelijke secretariaatsmedewerker.

Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en wil je bijdragen aan de warme zorg voor onze patiënten? Werk je graag zelfstandig, maar ook in team? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou.

Als medisch secretaresse ben je de organisatorische spil van de praktijk. Dankzij jouw initiatief, overzicht en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel verlopen de dagelijkse werkzaamheden vlot en kunnen de artsen zich tijdens de consultaties maximaal focussen op de patiënt. Je filtert vragen, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet wanneer iets dringend is en wanneer het kan wachten.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Onthaal van patiënten zowel telefonisch als aan de balie
  • Beheer en inplannen van afspraken en agenda's van de artsen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning
  • Triage van oproepen
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking van de praktijk
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid binnen de praktijk en de kabinetten
  • Voorraadbeheer
  • Correcte en discrete omgang met patiëntengegevens
  • Medisch dossier actualiseren
  • Logistieke ondersteuning en opvolging van de dagelijkse praktijkwerking
  • Actualiseren van de praktijkwebsite en andere digitale communicatie
  • Meedenken over het optimaliseren van de praktijkorganisatie

  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je houdt van goed patiëntencontact en werkt graag met mensen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en discreet.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en functioneert goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan meerdere taken tegelijk beheren
  • Je neemt initiatief
  • Je kan goed overweg met computerprogramma's en bent leergierig
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en zorgt dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden vlot verlopen
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en oplossingsgericht denken zodat artsen zich maximaal kunnen focussen tijdens de raadplegingen
  • Ervaring in een medische praktijk of in de gezondheidszorg is een pluspunt.
  • Medische kennis is een meerwaarde.
