Das Unternehmen

Wir, die Praxis-Klinik Bergedorf in Hamburg sind spezialisiert auf die Fachgebiete Wirbelsäulenchirurgie, Orthopädie und Hernienchirurgie, verfügen über zwei Operationssäle sowie 16 Planbetten und führen ca. 1.700 Operationen pro Jahr durch. Das Eingriffsspektrum umfasst sowohl kleinere Eingriffe an Hand und Fuß, Arthroskopien an Knie und Schulter bis hin zu großen Eingriffen in der Endoprothetik und Wirbelsäulenoperationen. Zudem befinden sich in der Klinik ein Rehabilitationszentrum mit Physiotherapie und Physikalischer Therapie sowie ein Rückentherapiezentrum; ein angeschlossenes Fitnessstudio rundet das Leistungsspektrum ab.

Ihre Position

Für unsere Klinik suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Stationsarzt (m/w/d) in Teilzeit, mit Facharztanerkennung in Orthopädie, Unfallchirurgie oder Neurochirurgie, der gemeinsam mit unserem interdisziplinären Team eine hochwertige Patientenversorgung in der Praxis-Klinik Bergedorf im Verbund von Doktor.De sicherstellt. Aufgrund einer Elternzeitvertretung erfolgt die Anstellung befristet für die Dauer von einem Jahr.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Postoperative Visiten, Verlaufskontrollen
  • Strukturierte Koordination diagnostischer und therapeutischer Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit den Operateuren
  • Steuerung der medikamentösen Therapie, Anordnung und Überwachung von Infusionen sowie differenziertes Schmerzmanagement
  • Vollständige, prüfsichere Dokumentation inkl. Arztbriefschreibung
  • Empathische Kommunikation mit Patientinnen/Patienten und Angehörigen, inklusive Aufklärung im Rahmen der Stationsbetreuung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an Qualitäts-, Prozess- und Hygienestandards; Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst optional möglich

Ihr Profil

  • Deutsche Approbation und die Anerkennung als Facharzt (m/w/d) für Orthopädie, Unfallchirurgie oder Neurochirurgie sind bereits vorhanden
  • Erfahrung in der stationären Patientenversorgung; operative Erfahrung wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und patientenorientierter Medizin
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
