Volná jsou 3 místa v projektu z MPSV v programu OPZ+.1. pozice je komunitní pracovník "Senior spojka"- Pracovník zajišťuje celou agendu mezigeneračního setkávání v obcích.- Bude koordinovat a aktivně podporovat společná mezigenerační setkání. - Podílí se na realizaci a sám se jich účastní. - Bude komunikovat s obcemi, cílovou skupinou a mapovat potřeby. - Úzce spolupracuje se seniory v komunitě a komunikuje s nimi témata a náplně setkávání. - Zajistí spolupráci s mladou generací, která se bude setkávání také účastnit.- Aktivně zapojí do setkávání místní školu, školku. - Zajistí prostory pro setkávání a bude organizovat společné vy´jezdy.- Úvazek 0,5. 2. pozice je komunitní pracovník "Koordinátor babiček a dědů"- Aktivně vyhledává v území Dolního Pojizeří babičky a dědy, kteří jsou schopní nabídnout pomoc rodinám bez rodinných a sociálních vazeb v území. - Babičky a dědové zajistí přechody dětí ze ZŠ na kroužek apod. - Bude zajišťovat komunikaci s cílovy´mi skupinami, což jsou rodiny bez sociálních vazeb.- Organizuje „hlídání“, zajišťuje time management, podporuje spolupráci uvnitř komunity a koordinuje seniory (půjčené "babičky a dědy"). - Podílí se na aktivitách, které mapují komunitu a aktivně vyhledává cílové rodiny s dětmi.- Samostatně vyhledává informace a sdílí je napříč ty´mem. - Účastní se pravidelny´ch porad, vzdělává se.- Úvazek 0,5. 3. pozice je Koordinátor komunitních akcí- Bude zajišťovat veškerou agendu spojenou s realizací akcí pro komunitu. - Kulturní akce, čtenářské kluby, semináře a přednášky, apod. - Aktivně se podílí na aktivitách mapujících komunitu, cílové skupiny, jejich potřeby a přání. - Zjišťuje možné zdroje. Posiluje vazby v komunitě. - Spolupracuje s místními spolky a s vedením obcí. Vyhledává místa na pořádání aktivit. - Podporuje spolupráci uvnitř komunity a zdravé interakce mezi komunitou a dalšími aktéry. - Podporuje dobrovolníky. Samostatně vyhledává informace a sdílí je napříč týmem. - Účastní se pravidelného setkávání týmu. Vzdělává se.- Úvazek 0,8. U všech pozic se prolínají požadavky a ty jsou:- velmi dobré komunikační schopnosti a sociální cítění- schopnost samostatně plnit úkoly a organizovat si práci- zodpovědnost, pečlivost, spolehlivost,- koordinační schopnosti- znalost práce na PC (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, e-mail)- ty´mová spolupráce- řidičsky´ průkaz skupiny B (aktivní řidič)- flexibilita- ochota občas pracovat o víkenduMusíte mít rádi práci s lidmi všech věkovy´ch kategorií.
