Nabízíme komplexní zaškolení, bonusem je, že práce je částečně možná i z domova.Vaší pracovní náplní bude: ­ zajišťování ošetřovatelských úkonů v domácím prostředí u pacientů ­ edukační činnost formou návštěv v domácnostech pacientů­ psychická podpora umírajících, jejich blízkých a pozůstalých­ úzká spolupráce s lékaři a dalšími členy našeho multidisciplinárního týmu­ vedení související dokumentace ­ běžná pracovní doba + pohotovosti Jak si Vás představujeme:- Do rozšiřujícího se týmu přivítáme mezi sebe všeobecnou sestru nejlépe s dvouletou praxí u lůžka, která se umí samostatně rozhodovat, má organizační schopnosti, dobře zvládá stresové a emočně náročné situace. Má dobré komunikační dovednosti, týmovost a empatii. Protože přejíždíme mezi klientskými rodinami, je nutné, abyste byl/a aktivní řidič/ka (ŘP sk.
