Opis poslova:

- izrađuje godišnji, mjeseĉni i individualni plan i program rada,

- provodi psihodijagnostiku sa svakim korisnikom (inicijalno ispitivanje određenih kapaciteta i sfera psihičkog doživljavanja),

- izrađuje mišljenje i prijedlog o cilju, metodama, oblicima i sadržaju rada s korisnicima,

- sudjeluje u opservaciji tijekom realizacije programa rada s korisnicima,

- daje mišljenje o izboru socioterapijske grupe,

- u suradnji sa stručnim timom i zajedno s korisnikom, skrbnikom, njegovom obitelji, te prijateljima, sudjeluje u procjeni i izradi individualnog i grupnog plana, te njegovom provođenju, praćenju i evaluaciji,

- sudjeluje u praćenju razdoblja adaptacije korisnika u novu sredinu,

- sudjeluje i prema potrebi koordinira pri rješavanju konfliktnih i dr. kriznih situacija te rješavanju i otklanjanju postojećih problema i teškoća u kojem se može naći korisnik,

- sudjeluje u izradi programa psihosocijalnog tretmana s korisnicima i članovima obitelji, - sudjeluje u savjetodavnom radu s korisnikom, njegovom obitelji/skrbnikom,

- u suradnji sa stručnim timom priprema korisnika za primjenu drugih oblika skrbi temeljem individualnog plana,

- vrši retestiranje radi predlaganja korekcija ili dopune individualnog plana,

- sudjeluje u savjetodavnom radu s korisnicima i članovima njihove obitelji (savjetovanje na koji način da potiču sposobnosti i potencijale korisnika, osnaživanje korisnika i članova obitelji, samozastupanje),

- sudjeluje u provođenju stručnog rada s ostalim članovima Stručnog vijeća,

- sudjeluje u predlaganju promjena vezanih uz stručni rad i organizaciju rada,

- sudjeluje u provođenju raznih oblika skrbi za korisnike,

- sudjeluje u radu Stručnog vijeća sa svrhom planiranja, praćenja i unapređenja stručnog rada,

- sudjeluje u radu Komisije za prijem i otpust korisnika,

- sudjeluje u edukaciji ostalih radnika koji obavljaju stručni rad s korisnicima,

- vodi propisanu evidenciju i dokumentaciju iz djelokruga svog rada,

- obavlja i druge poslove po nalogu voditelja i ravnatelja Doma.
