Določen čas zaradi povečanega obsega dela z možnostjo podaljšanja za nedoločen čas., Polni delovni čas, 40, - izvajanje vseh del in nalog s področja pomoči pri temeljnih dnevnih opravilih (pomoč pri oblačenju, slačenju, pomoč pri umivanju, hranjenju, opravljanju osnovnih življenjskih potreb, vzdrževanje in nega ortopedskih pripomočkov),- izvajanje vseh del in nalog s področja gospodinjske pomoči (prinašanja enega pripravljenega obroka ali nabava živil, priprava enega obroka hrane, pomivanje uporabljene posode, osnovno čiščenje bivalnega dela prostorov z odnašanjem smeti, postiljanje in osnovno vzdrževanje spalnega prostora),- izvajanje vseh del in nalog s področja pomoč pri ohranjanju socialnih stikov (spodbujanje in vzdrževanje socialnega vključevanja uporabnika, spremljanje upravičenca pri opravljanju nujnih obveznosti, informiranje ustanov o stanju in potrebah upravičenca ter priprava upravičenca na institucionalno varstvo),- Sodelovanje pri pripravi individualnih načrtov pomoči,- opazovanje in spremljanje sprememb potreb upravičencev in poročanje- ukrepanje v nepričakovanih situacijah in nudenje ustrezne pomoči- vodenje evidenc opravljenih storitev, porabe časa in prevoženih kilometrov,- izvajanje del in nalog v skladu z delovnim planom in konceptom dela - sodelovanje s sodelavci, z uporabniki in s strokovnimi službami- izvajanje drugih del in opravil po nalogu nadrejenega, ,
