STROKOVNJAKI ZA ZDRAVSTVENO NEGO, poskusno delo 4 mesece, Nedoločen čas , Polni delovni čas, 40, - Vodenje in koordiniranje službe ZNO na oddelku, kar vključuje načrtovanje, organiziranje, realizacijo in nadzorovanje ZNO ter usklajevanje s podpornimi službami doma; - Izvajanje mentorstva in uvajanja v delo novozaposlenim delavcem ter pripravnikom, študentom in dijakom zdravstvene nege;- Zdravstveno vzgojno delo za stanovalce, svojce in zaposlene (npr.: zdrav življenjski slog, promocija zdravja na delovnem mestu, posledice škodljivih razvad ipd.) ter s svojim zgledom aktivno promocijo le-tega;- Sodelovanje pri načrtovanju aktivnosti za stanovalce, povezanih z družabnim življenjem stanovalcev;- Sodelovanje s svojci in/ali stanovalcu bližnjimi osebami, ter informiranje o stanju stanovalca v skladu s strokovnimi kompetencami;- Evidentiranje in nadzor nad sprotnim evidentiranjem storitev zdravstvene nege in oskrbe ter dodatnih storitev v skladu z dogovorom;- Izvajanje zdravstvene nege in zahtevnejših diagnostično-terapevtskih posegov v skladu s strokovnimi kompetencami; - Vključenost v delo zdravstvenega tima (sodelovanje z ambulantnim zdravnikom, psihiatrom in specialisti drugih strok, načrtovanje in priprava stanovalcev za pregled zdravnika, sodelovanje pri pregledu in vključevanje zdravnikovih navodil v načrt ZN, koordinacija z zunanjimi zdravstvenimi službami);, ,
