Temeljem članaka 40. I 41. Zakona o ustanovama ( „Narodne novine2 broj 76/93, 29/97, 47/99, 35/08), članka 153.,154.i 155. Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi („Narodne novine“, broj 157/13., 152/14., 99/15., 52/16.) i članka 29., 30., 31., 32., 34., 35. Statuta Doma za starije i nemoćne osobe Sveti Ante Novi Mikanovci, Upravno vijeće Doma temeljem svoje Odluke od 7.10.2024. godine raspisuje NATJEČAJ za zamjenu ravnatelja/ice Doma za starije i nemoćne Sv Ante Uvjeti: Za ravnatelja/icu Doma za starije i nemoćne Sveti Ante iz Novih Mikanovaca može biti imenovana osoba koja ispunjava sljedeće uvjete: - završen preddiplomski i diplomski sveučilišni studij ili integrirani preddiplomski ili diplomski sveučilišni studij socijalnog rada ili socijalne politike - najmanje 5 godina radnog staža u propisanom akademskom zvanju i akademskom stupnju, od toga najmanje 4 godine u djelatnosti socijalne skrbi u propisanom akademskom zvanju i akademskom stupnju - da ne postoji zapreka iz članka 213. Stavka 1. Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi - da ima hrvatsko državljanstvo Zamjenika/cu ravnatelja/icu imenuje Upravno vijeće Doma na mandat od 1 godine a ista osoba može biti ponovo imenovana za ravnatelja/icu. Osoba imenovana za zamjenika/cu ravnatelja/icu Doma sklapa s Upravnim vijećem ugovor o radu u punom radnom vremenu na vrijeme od 1 godine. Uz prijavu kandidati trebaju priložiti izvornik ili ovjerenu presliku: - diplomu o stručnoj spremi - potvrdu o radnom stažu- elektronički zapis iz baze podataka Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje i dokaz o radnom iskustvu sukladno članku 154. Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi - dokaz o hrvatskom državljanstvu - uvjerenje o nekažnjavanju i da protiv kandidata nije pokrenut kazneni postupak , ne stariji od mjesec dana - životopis - molba - odobrenje za rad izdano od strane Hrvatske komore socijalnih radnika Prijave s potrebnom dokumentacijom o ispunjavanju uvjeta iz natječaja podnose se pismenim putem: Dom za starije i nemoćne Sveti Ante Braće Radića 159 A/1 Novi Mikanovci.
