Ravnateljica Doma za starije i nemoćne osobe Poreč, iz Poreča-Parenzo, M. Gioseffi 2, na temelju članka 36. Statuta Doma za starije i nemoćne osobe Poreč, broj: 2163-6-1/05-25/UV-3/1 od 19.12.2025. god. (u daljnjem tekstu: Statut), dana 03.11.2026. godine, raspisuje

O G L A S za radno mjesto: - MEDICINSKA SESTRA/TEHNIČAR – 1 izvršitelj/ica na određeno vrijeme, puno radno vrijeme, uz probni rad od 60 dana. UVJETI: 1. SSS medicinskog smjera 2. Položen stručni ispit 3. Odobrenje za samostalni rad 4. 1 godina radnog iskustva 5. Da ne postoji zapreka iz članka 261. st.1. Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi (NN 18/22, 119/22 i 71/23). Uz pisanu prijavu kandidati trebaju priložiti u izvorniku ili presliku dokaze o ispunjavanju uvjeta: 1. Molba sa životopisom 2. Dokaz o traženoj stručnoj spremi (preslika) 3. Dokaz o položenom stručnom ispitu (preslika) 4. Dokaz o državljanstvu (preslika) 5. Važeće odobrenje za samostalan rad (licencu), koje je izdala Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara (preslika) 6. Uvjerenje da se protiv kandidata ne vodi kazneni postupak (ne starije od šest mjeseci) 7. Potvrdu o radnom iskustvu (dokaz o ukupnom radnom iskustvu i radnom iskustvu na odgovarajućim poslovima): potvrda o podacima evidentiranim u matičnoj evidenciji HZMO-a. Kandidatom prijavljenim na oglas smatra se osoba koja podnese pravovremenu i urednu prijavu te ispunjava formalne uvjete oglasa.
