We are on a growth journey – now looking for a new Student/Intern for supporting our Indirect Sourcing and Oceanfreight Transportation team.

About the position

This is an exciting opportunity to have an insight and direct contribution to these strategic sourcing departments.

Your main responsibilities

  • Communication and cooperation with the sourcing teams, other departments also suppliers about the managed sourcing related data.
  • Support the execution of the global ocean freight tender from data management and evaluation perspective.
  • Data collection and administration, from local and foreign entities and Business partners, Suppliers.
  • Data analysis and conclusion summary to support sourcing decisions.
  • Prepare presentation drafts about the supported projects.
  • Sourcing master data maintenance.
  • Opportunity to learn new platforms, new production technologies.

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

  • Having a student status with valid student visa and ongoing college or university studies, preferably in economics/engineering
  • Experience in any multinational environment is a plus
  • Fluency in English and German
