Deine Aufgaben

Mit deinem Einsatz sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Bewohnenden und Gäste in einer sauberen und gepflegten Umgebung wohlfühlen. Du unterstützt unser Hauswirtschaftsteam bei der Unterhalts\-, Zwischen\- und Grundreinigung und stellst dabei eine sorgfältige und hygienische Ausführung der Arbeiten sicher. Ein weiterer wichtiger Teil deiner Tätigkeit ist der Service bei den Mahlzeiten auf den Wohngruppen. Du arbeitest selbstständig und zuverlässig, behältst auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick und unterstützt deine Teamkolleginnen und Teamkollegen dort, wo deine Hilfe gebraucht wird. Mit deiner freundlichen und aufmerksamen trägst du zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei und begegnest unseren Bewohnenden respektvoll und wertschätzend. Du arbeitest im Frühdienst oder mit Zimmerstunde (bis max. 19\.24 ) und hast in der Regel zwei Wochenenden pro Monat Arbeitsplatz ist bis Ende 2027 in Bern\-Bethlehem und ab 2027 infolge Ersatzneubaus für ca. Jahre in an unserem Übergangsstandort Steingrüebli in Ostermundigen bevor wir wieder nach Bern\-Bethlehem zurück kehren.

Dein Profil

\* Erfahrung in der Hotellerie\-Hauswirtschaft \* Abschluss Fachfrau/\-mann Hauswirtschaft EFZ von Vorteil \* Gute Deutschkenntnisse \* Effiziente und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise \* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit \* Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen \* Verständnis und Einfühlungsvermögen für ältere Menschen
