Domicil bietet Seniorinnen und Senioren stationäre Dienstleistungen in Pflege und Betreuung an. Mit mehr als 20 Standorten und rund 1'600 Mitarbeitenden ist Domicil die Nummer 1 in der Langzeitpflege im Kanton Bern. Unter dem Dach von Concara engagieren wir uns gemeinsam mit der Spitex Bern für eine integrierte Rundumversorgung. Domicil ist ein Neubau mit 112 Betten, in dem die Lebensqualität der Bewohnenden sowie die Wertschätzung der Mitarbeitenden gleichermassen im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Deine Aufgaben

Wir sind auf der Suche nach engagierten und flexiblen Betreuungspersonen für den Nachtdienst. Du bist gemeinsam mit Pflegefachpersonen zuständig für eine hochstehende Betreuung und Pflegequalität für unsere Bewohner:innen. Dank deiner verantwortungsbewussten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise kannst du auch anspruchsvolle Situationen in der bewältigen.

Dein Profil

  • Lehrgang SRK / Grundkurs VBB
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Verständnis und Einfühlungsvermögen für ältere Menschen
  • Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse ( min. B1\)
