WHO THIS IS FOR

You served in the Canadian Armed Forces, and you're looking for your next mission. Maybe your trade was combat arms, intelligence, engineering or a technical trade, logistics or ops, aviation or naval systems, comms or cyber. Maybe you're not sure how it all translates to industry. That's our job — we do this translation for a living, and we're good at it.

WHAT YOU MIGHT WORK ON

There's no single lane here. Depending on your background, you could deploy and support systems in real-world conditions, drive operations, or work alongside government and procurement teams. If you've ever stood in the field and thought "there has to be a better way to do this" — this is where you build it. Depending on your background, you could:

- Support and deploy systems in real-world environments

- Work on drones, sensors, or surveillance systems

- Help integrate hardware and software into field-ready capabilities

- Contribute to operations, logistics, or program execution

- Work with government stakeholders and procurement teams

- Help us test, break, and improve systems before they matter most
