Als Schweizer Familienunternehmen betreiben wir als Masterlizenznehmer von Domino's Pizza 22 Stores in der Deutsch\- und Westschweiz mit rund 400 Mitarbeitende. Weltweit steht Domino's Pizza an über 22'700 Standorten in mehr als 90 Märkten für Genuss und Innovation.

Für unser Support Center in Kloten suchen wir per 1\. Dezember 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung dich als:

HR\-Manager mit Verantwortung für das Office Management (80\-100 %), Deutsch/ ösisch (w/m/d)

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt im HR:

  • Du führst unser kleines HR\-Team fachlich und personell und packst selbst im Tagesgeschäft mit an
  • Du verantwortest die HR\-Prozesse über den gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Mitarbeitenden in den Stores und im Support Center
  • Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Führungskräfte in HR\-Fragen und ziehst bei rechtlichen Themen unsere externe Rechtsberatung bei.
  • Du unterstützt Führungskräfte bei Absenzen\-, Austritts\- und weiteren personellen Themen.
  • Du bist für Bewilligungen und den Kontakt mit Behörden zuständig und arbeitest eng mit Payroll und Finanzen zusammen.
  • Du entwickelst HR\-Prozesse weiter und erkennst Möglichkeiten für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und den Einsatz von KI.

Ergänzend übernimmst du Aufgaben im Office Management:

  • Du bist Ansprechperson für Versicherungen, Vermieter und Liegenschaftsverwaltungen und kümmerst dich um Korrespondenz, Termine und die Nachverfolgung offener Anliegen
  • Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen im Support Center und sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation
  • Du entlastest die Geschäftsleitung bei administrativen Aufgaben und erkennst proaktiv, welche Themen an die Geschäftsleitung gehören

Das bringst du mit

  • Einen eidgenössischen Fachausweis als HR\-Fachfrau oder HR\-Fachmann
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR sowie Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute ösischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht; Erfahrung mit dem L\-GAV oder einem Filialbetrieb ist ein Plus
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität: Du nimmst das Telefon in die Hand, klärst proaktiv ab und bleibst dran, bis etwas erledigt ist
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Hartnäckigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
  • Digitale Affinität und Interesse daran, Prozesse mit geeigneten Tools und KI zu vereinfachen
