Pracoviště: Domov pro seniory, Šunychelská 1201, BohumínNástup: ihned, případně dle domluvy, pracovní poměr na dobu určitou – zástup za dlouhodobou pracovní neschopnost.4.platová třída (20.130 – 28.280), zaručená mzda 26.880,-, zařazení dle doložené praxe.Odborná způsobilost- Splnění kvalifikačních požadavků zákona č. 108/2006 Sb. o sociálních službách ve znění pozdějších předpisů (v případě, že není splněna tato podmínka, ředitelka organizace podmíní její doplnění v případě výběru této osoby dle výše uvedeného zákona do 12 měsíců od nástupu do pracovního poměru v pracovní smlouvě a v náplni práce bude pak doplněno v povinnostech, že tyto činnosti vykonává pod odborným dohledem).- Další vzdělávání pracovníka v sociálních službách (§ 116, odst. 9 zákona č.108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, ve znění pozdějších předpisů) Požadované obecné znalosti, schopnosti a dovednosti- Uživatelská znalost práce na PC (MS Office, internet)- Komunikační dovednosti ve vztahu k cílové skupině (vedení rozhovoru s uživatelem)Požadované speciální znalosti, schopnosti a dovednosti- Základní orientace v legislativě týkající se poskytování soc. služeb (Standardy kvality sociálních služeb)- Dovednost poskytnout první pomoc- Dovednost motivovat uživatele- Schopnost aplikace metodických postupů do praxe- Schopnost práce s rizikem- Schopnost řešit konfliktyOsobnostní předpoklady- Respekt k lidským právům, svobodám a důstojnosti- Empatie- Sebekontrola - Zodpovědnost- Rozhodnost - Důkladnost- Odolnost vůči stresu a vysoké zátěži- Schopnost individuálně podporovat uživatelé v naplňování jejich potřeb- Respekt k nadřízeným- Vytrvalost- Loajálnost- Flexibilita- Schopnost týmové spolupráce- Loajálnost Požadujeme:- praxe v sociálních službách výhodou- čistý trestní rejstřík- životopisy s přehledem praxe zasílejte mailem na adresu: <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> nejpozději do 30.9.2026
