Kvalifikační předpoklady: úplné střední vzdělání s maturitní zkouškou, zdravotní způsobilost, občanská bezúhonnost, aktivní řidič (vozidla sk. B), nutná znalost práce na PC, praxe na obdobné pozici vítána.Náplň práce: • správa objektů organizace• předkládání požadavků na opravy a investice k zajištění řádného chodu organizace• komunikace s dodavateli, přebírání dodávek a provedených prací • zajišťování správy vozového parku organizace • zajišťování pravidelného servisu technického vybavení organizace (včetně všech – revizí)• vyhodnocování stavu majetku organizace (nákup, inventarizace, likvidace)• udržování venkovních ploch, zejména schůdnost chodníků s ohledem na bezpečnost klientů• zajišťování a dodržování odpadového hospodářství, • řešení problematiky v oblasti PO a BOZP• výkon funkce energetického manažera organizace (zadávání dat do programu FAMA)• sledování spotřeby energií v organizaci • sledování legislativy ve svém oboru a zapracování její aktualizace do směrnic• spolupráce na zadávání veřejných zakázek malého rozsahu Předpokládaný nástup leden 2027, případně dle dohody.Místo výkonu práce Tyršova 389, Skuteč. Práce na celý úvazek – 40 hod/týden – pondělí – pátek, pružná pracovní doba.Plat: dle NV č. 341/2017 Sb. o platových poměrech zaměstnanců ve veřejných službách a správě, 8. platová třída, platový stupeň dle započítané praxe (23 470 – 33 710 Kč) + mimotarifní složky platu.Dále nabízíme: 5 týdnů dovolené, příspěvek na stravování a další benefity z FKSP. Podporu profesního rozvoje. Smlouvu na dobu určitou s perspektivou doby neurčité.Podmínkou zařazení do výběrového řízení je zaslání profesního životopisu a motivačního dopisu.Uzavírka příjmu žádostí do: 30. 9. 2026.Vybrané uchazeče pozveme k osobním pohovorům.
