Hledáme pracovníka do chráněného bydlení (m/ž)Chcete práci, která má smysl, není stereotypní a kde se počítá lidský přístup?Do našeho týmu hledáme pracovníka/pracovnici v sociálních službách na hlavní pracovní poměr prochráněné bydlení.Kde budete pracovat?V bytech v běžné zástavbě v Háji u Duchcova a Oseku – žádný ústav, ale skutečný domov klientů.Pracovní dobaSměny dle plánu – 11 hodin (7:00–19:00).Nástup: klidně hned, ale na šikovného člověka si rádi počkáme.Co budete dělat?• podporovat klienty v jejich každodenním životě v domácnosti,• pomáhat s nákupy, doprovody k lékaři, na úřady či výlety,• trávit s klienty čas podle jejich zájmů,• podílet se na individuálním plánování,• být jim oporou, parťákem a průvodcem.Koho hledáme?• pozitivního, klidného a zodpovědného člověka,• někoho, kdo umí pracovat samostatně, ale týmovost mu není cizí,• férového parťáka pro klienty i kolegy,• člověka, který ocení práci s lidmi s mentálním postižením.• minimálně výuční list• praxe v oboru je velká výhoda• řidičský průkaz sk.
