PROVOZÁŘ (m+ž)Provozář/ka – Nová Ves v HoráchDomovy sociálních služeb Háj a Nová Ves, příspěvková organizace, hledají posilu do svého týmu napozici provozáře/provozářky v zařízení v Nové Vsi v Horách, které poskytuje služby lidem s mentálnímpostižením.Co bude náplní vaší práce:• vedení kuchyně a koordinace jejího každodenního provozu• sestavování jídelního lístku s ohledem na potřeby a zdravotní stav klientů, včetně dietníhostravování.• zajišťování a kontrola přípravy diet podle individuálních potřeb klientů a doporučení lékaře činutričního terapeuta• zajišťování nákupu potravin a čisticích prostředků• správa skladů, evidence zásob a hlídání jejich stavu• dodržování systému HACCP, hygienických předpisů a správné evidence alergenů• zajištění osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků (OOPP) pro zaměstnance• spolupráce s vedením, pracovníky v sociálních službách, zdravotním personálem a ostatnímiprovozními pracovníky organizace.Co od vás očekáváme:• zkušenost s provozem kuchyně nebo stravovacího zařízení, ideálně i s vedením lidí• znalost zásad HACCP, hygienických požadavků na stravování a zásad dietního stravování(výhodou zkušenost ze zařízení sociálních služeb, zdravotnictví nebo školního stravování)• organizační schopnosti, spolehlivost a smysl pro pořádek• základní práci s PC (evidence, objednávky)• trpělivost, empatii a respektující přístup k lidem s mentálním postižením• minimálně středoškolské vzdělání• čistý trestní rejstřík a zdravotní způsobilostCo nabízíme:• stabilní zaměstnání v příspěvkové organizaci• smysluplnou práci, která pomáhá druhým• platové ohodnocení dle Nařízení vlády 341/2017 Sb., PT 8.• Příplatek za vedení• Osobní příplatek po zapracování• příspěvky z FKSP (na stravování, penzijní připojištění, rekreace, kultura, sport)• 5 týdnů dovolené• zaučení a možnost dalšího vzdělávání (včetně kurzů dietního stravování)• přátelský kolektiv a podporující prostředíPodrobnostiMísto výkonu práce: Nová Ves v HoráchTyp úvazku: plný úvazekNástup: dohodouJak se přihlásit:Pošlete životopis na <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> nebo se ozvěte na tel. 720 446 824Kontaktní osoba: Michaela Kostečková, personalistkaTěšíme se na vás!
