Ihr Verantwortungsbereich – Prüfungen leiten, Teams führen, Mandanten begleiten

  • Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Prüfungsteams
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Mandanten auf Entscheidungsebene
  • Präsentation von Prüfungsergebnissen vor Geschäftsleitungen und Aufsichtsgremien
  • Beratung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen mit Fokus auf HGB-Rechnungslegung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IDW-Prüfungsstandards sowie Review der Prüfungsdokumentation
  • Mitwirkung an interdisziplinären Prüfungen (z. B. IT, ESG, Interne Revision)
  • Förderung und Mentoring von Prüfungsassistent:innen und Junior Auditors

Ihr Profil – fundiert, erfahren, führungsstark

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung von Abschlussprüfungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB sowie relevanten IDW-Prüfungsstandards
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Mandaten aus dem öffentlichen Sektor oder der Immobilienwirtschaft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Prüfungstools und MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Führungskompetenz und hohe Eigenverantwortung
