💼 Deine Aufgaben

Als Pflegefachkraft übernimmst Du eigenverantwortlich die Versorgung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten im Rahmen geplanter Touren.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Durchführung der Grund und Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Verordnung
  • Fachgerechte Durchführung und Dokumentation pflegerischer Maßnahmen
  • Medikamentengabe sowie Kontrolle der Medikation
  • Wundversorgung und Verbandwechsel
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes und Erkennen von Veränderungen
  • Beratung und Anleitung von Klientinnen, Klienten und Angehörigen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen, Ärzten, Therapeutinnen, Therapeuten und weiteren Kooperationspartnern
  • Sicherstellung einer individuellen, aktivierenden und ressourcenorientierten Pflege
  • Digitale Pflegedokumentation
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie unserer Qualitätsstandards
  • Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Fortbildungen

✅ Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger oder Pflegefachfrau beziehungsweise Pflegefachmann
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein hohes Maß an Empathie
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist sowie ein respektvoller Umgang mit Kolleginnen, Kollegen und Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B ist wünschenswert
