Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accounting Entries: Record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately in the accounting system.
  • Financial Records: Maintain and organize invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Invoice Verification: Verify bills, invoices, expense claims, approvals, taxes, and supporting documents before recording transactions.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Assist with regular bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and coordinate for timely resolution.
  • Ledger Scrutiny: Review ledgers to identify incorrect, duplicate, or unusual entries and assist with necessary corrections.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents, follow up on pending information, and resolve accounting-related queries.
  • Audit Support: Assist with statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required financial records, reconciliations, invoices, and supporting documents.
  • Reporting Support: Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, schedules, and other MIS reports as required by the Finance team.

Required Qualification

  • B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) – Recent Graduate
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred
  • Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software is an added advantage

Good to Have Skills

  • Good understanding of accounting concepts and bookkeeping.
  • ⁠Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • ⁠Basic knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
