Fresh Graduates Welcome | No Working Experience Required

Are you a fresh graduate looking to kick-start your career? Do you enjoy driving, organising tasks, and providing support to others?

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Personal Assistant / Driver to support the Director in daily administrative matters and transportation arrangements. No prior working experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for the Director and authorised personnel.
  • Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle basic email correspondence and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain proper filing and organisation of physical and electronic documents.
  • Assist with data entry, simple research, and general administrative duties.
  • Run errands and carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
  • Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and be confident driving a car.
  • Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and well-organised.
  • Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
  • Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, is an advantage.
