We sit at the intersection of defense, robotics, and next-generation autonomy, powering the machines that are changing how militaries, first responders, and industries operate in the field. Our core purpose is simple: connect anyone and anything, at any time, in any place.

For over 25 years, our team has been at the forefront of mesh networking, partnering with leading defense programs, robotics manufacturers, and system integrators worldwide. The work here doesn't sit in a slide deck — it ends up in the field, in the hands of people for whom failure isn't an option.

What Success Looks Like

  • Successful delivery of new radio products from concept through production
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
  • Efficient development processes with improved test automation and reduced validation timelines
  • High-quality product documentation supporting customers and partners
  • A well-developed and growing engineering team capable of supporting future product innovation

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Communications Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of industry experience in wireless, radio, or RF product development
  • Strong knowledge of radio/Wi-Fi product development, product engineering, and quality processes
  • Proven experience working across hardware development and manufacturing environments
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams of engineers and technical specialists

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
