About the Team

DoorDash's MarTech Operations team is the connective tissue between our Retention Marketing organization and the tools, systems, and data that power it. As a Senior Associate focused on QA Automation, you'll own the quality backbone for how we build, test, and ship marketing campaigns across DoorDash audiences.

About the Role

You'll lead the expansion of our QA automation tooling, drive the shift from manual QA to automated QA workflows, help automate the ship review process, and scale multivariate QA and sample testing practices across every audience we serve. This is a highly cross-functional, builder-oriented role for someone who wants to own a strategic quality function end-to-end.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Own and expand DoorDash's QA automation toolkit for Retention Marketing campaigns
  • Lead the transition from manual QA to automated QA across all audiences
  • Automate and streamline the ship review process
  • Design and scale Multivariate QA / Sample Testing programs across DoorDash audiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science to define QA requirements and operational readiness criteria
  • Track and report on QA coverage, defect rates, and campaign quality metrics
  • Build documentation, SOPs, and training that help marketing teams adopt new QA tools and processes with confidence

We’re excited about you because…

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, quality assurance, marketing operations, program management, or a similar operational role at a technology company
  • Experience with QA processes for marketing campaigns (peer review, ship review, sample/multivariate testing) or software QA automation
  • Expertise with Retention Marketing technology platforms (Braze, Salesforce, CDPs, or similar) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional projects – defining milestones, managing dependencies, and keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Comfort working with data to track quality metrics and surface insights; experience with dashboards or basic SQL a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to translate technical QA processes into plain language for marketing practitioners
  • Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality; you notice what's missing before others do

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or scaling QA automation tools or frameworks
  • Experience working across multiple brands/audiences (e.g., consumer, B2B, international)
  • Basic SQL knowledge for querying QA or usage data
  • Experience writing internal documentation, training materials, or adoption playbooks

We expect this position to be filled by 08/12/2026

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
