Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, einen Spezialisten für den Großhandel mit Kfz-Ersatzteilen im Norden Wiens (1190 Wien), ab sofort: 1 Ersatzteileinkäufer:in

Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständiger Einkauf und Disposition von Ersatzteilen und Werkstattbedarf im Automotive Aftermarket

* Auswahl, Betreuung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten sowie Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen

* Bedarfsermittlung auf Basis von Lagerbeständen, Kundenanfragen und Fahrzeugdaten (VIN)

* Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und termingerechten Warenverfügbarkeit

* Pflege und Verwaltung von Artikel-, Lieferanten- und Bestelldaten im ERP-System

* Durchführung von Preisvergleichen und Marktanalysen zur Optimierung der Einkaufskonditionen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teilevertrieb, Werkstatt und Lager zur optimalen Abstimmung

* Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufs-, Bestands- und Beschaffungsprozessen

* Erstellung und Auswertung von Analysen, Listen und Kennzahlen (insbesondere mit Excel)

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich oder kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Ersatzteileinkauf, Automotive Aftermarket oder Werkstattbedarf

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lieferanten- und Beschaffungsmanagement

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Ersatzteilkatalogen und ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystemen

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse (z. B. Auswertungen, Preis- und Bestandsanalysen)

* Starkes technisches Verständnis im Automobil- und Ersatzteilbereich

* Analytische, strukturierte und wirtschaftlich orientierte Arbeitsweise

* Verhandlungsgeschick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
