Deine Aufgaben

Wir wollen die psychische Gesundheit von Mitarbeitenden in Unternehmen neu denken. Wir sorgen für schnellen, direkten Zugang zu fachlicher Unterstützung, ohne monatelange Wartezeiten. Dafür suchen wir Dich als ärztliche Psychotherapeutin oder ärztlichen Psychotherapeuten zur freien Mitarbeit in unserem interdisziplinäres Team.

  • Trauma-Diagnostik: Du diagnostizierst psychische Belastungen und Traumafolgestörungen.
  • Fachärztliche Einschätzung: Du beurteilst Krankheitsbilder und Schweregrade und gibst Behandlungsempfehlungen nach aktuellen Leitlinien.
  • Digitale Sprechstunde: Du berätst und untersuchst ausschließlich per Videocall.
  • Krisenintervention: Du leistest erste Unterstützung für Menschen in psychischen Ausnahmesituationen.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du stimmst Dich mit Fachärzt:innen und Spezialist:innen ab, damit die Ratsuchenden gut versorgt sind.
  • Mitgestaltung: Du bringst Deine Ideen für unsere digitalen Gesundheitslösungen ein.

Dein Profil

  • Ärztliche Approbation und abgeschlossene fachärztliche Weiterbildung in einer der folgenden Bezeichnungen:Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie Psychotherapeutische Medizin Neurologie und Psychiatrie Psychiatrie Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und -psychotherapie
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Bereich Trauma oder Traumabewältigung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Diagnostik psychischer Erkrankungen
  • Offenheit für digitale Wege in der Versorgung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Belastungen schnell einzuschätzen
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit Berufsgenossenschaften oder arbeitspsychologischen Fragestellungen
